Job Description You'll be a self-starter and be responsible for all delivery man hiring needs Be the contact point for all Delivery Staff Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job sites/newspapers/colleges/ etc. Screen the thousands of applications we receive through different channels and form a structured approach to recruitment Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills and soft skills. Conduct background checks and verify identity. Prepare on-boarding and training material for all new and existing delivery staffs Prepare and maintain documentation for all delivery staff records.
