Job Description Location: RedQ, Kuala Lumpur Department: Route Revenue (Commercial) Entity: AAAMS Status (Full time/part time/contract): Full time YOUR ROLE AS AN EXECUTIVE, ROUTE REVENUE ANALYST Route Revenue Executive is responsible to optimize flight routes and maximize revenue through effective inventory management and pricing strategies. The ideal candidate will actively track market trends, monitor competitor actions, and analyze flight bookings to drive overall revenue performance. WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION: Manage flight inventory and pricing strategies to maximize revenue. Actively track market trends, competitor actions, and booking patterns to optimize route performance. Segment customers based on routes and offer competitive pricing and product options. Identify, set up, and monitor special events while adjusting inventory based on seasonal and market trends. Collaborate with Sales and Group Desk teams to enhance route profitability and market positioning. WHO YOU ARE: Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (e.g., Business, Economics, Mathematics, Finance) or equivalent experience. 1-2 years of experience in Revenue Management; airline industry experience is preferred but not mandatory. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen ability to interpret data and business financials. Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides). Ability to analyze flight data, market trends, and revenue performance. Background in revenue analysis from hotels, tourism, or related industries is an added benefit. Numerically inclined with a strong business mindset. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
