Job Description We are seeking a Conference & Events Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition and development of conference and event business. From preparing tailored proposals to hosting site inspections and coordinating handovers to our event coordinators—you’ll be the engine behind seamless, memorable experiences. Main responsibilities: - Convert leads into business through proactive sales and relationship building. - Manage end-to-end event coordination. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions - Prepare detailed proposals that cover venue, catering, and accommodation. - Collaborate closely with hotel operations team to deliver top-tier client service and successful events. - Maintain accurate records in systems. - Support the implementation of strategic sales initiatives in the conference segment.
