What You’ll Do You’ll own the full client experience—from first contact to delivery and beyond: Guide clients through Audi and Volkswagen product offerings with clarity and confidence Manage inbound and outbound opportunities with speed, professionalism, and consistency Build trust through needs-based conversations, not pressure Maintain disciplined follow-up using CRM tools to ensure no opportunity is missed Deliver seamless handoffs to Finance and Delivery teams Stay current on product knowledge, incentives, and market trends Consistently perform against key standards: Units sold Gross profit per vehicle Customer satisfaction (CSI/NPS) CRM follow-up compliance This is a performance role built on discipline and consistency.
