We need driven people who can pick up the phone, spark real conversations, and uncover what homeowners truly need when upgrading their windows and doors. This isn’t a scripted call-centre role. It’s a consultative sales position where curiosity and persistence win. What we’re looking for: • Tenacity – you’re not afraid to dial, follow up, and ask the next question. • Strong conversational skills – you can quickly build rapport and identify a client’s needs, wants, and desires. • Process-driven mindset – you’re thorough, organised, and don’t let details slip. • Product confidence – you’ll learn the differences between profiles, locking systems, U-values, and installation standards so you can guide clients properly. • Diligence – strong customer relation management skills, ensuring customer queries are responded to in a timely fashion.
