We could throw you straight into the deep end (literally, we have a Waterpark!), but that’s not how we do things at BPL.
Instead, you’ll join us as an Events Executive, predominantly overseeing all enquiries and bookings for our events and functions - but you’ll also play an active role in the planning, execution, and delivery of events to ensure every guest has a feel-good experience and we’ll support you with training and development to build your skills throughout.
As an Events Executive at BPL, no two days are the same! You’ll be the go-to person for turning plans into reality-responding to enquiries, negotiating bookings, and guiding customers through site visits. You’ll keep everything running smoothly by coordinating suppliers, managing staff, and ensuring all teams are in the loop. From making sure the bar’s stocked and the lights are twinkling to handling things on the day, you’ll be at the heart of the action. You’ll also promote our venues at wedding and events fairs, build strong relationships with clients and entertainers, and bring new ideas to the team.
