Description
Interwood Mobel is searching for an enthusiastic Executive Sales KDW who will play a key role in driving sales for our kitchens, Doors and Wardrobes segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting our products, and maximising sales opportunities within the designated market. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the kitchens, Doors and Wardrobes. Engage and educate customers about product features and benefits, providing personalised service to enhance the customer experience. Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, market trends, and competitors to effectively position our offerings. Lead client engagement from site measurement through final finish report; maintain the KDW opportunity matrix and meet monthly targets. Review quotations/drawings prepared by Technical/Design, ensure accuracy against customer requirements, and secure client sign-offs per SOP. Ensure KDW displays are updated, clean, and in working condition; escalate fixes as required. Follow all KDW & Retail SOPs, documentation standards, and service SLAs.. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or home goods sectors. Skills & Abilities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage an audience. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to read technical drawings/BOQs and translate them into customer solutions (no 3D/IMOS creation required). - Medical Insurance - Provident Fund - Commissions/Incentives
Responsibilities
Drive sales for the kitchens, doors, and wardrobes segment by implementing sales strategies and engaging customers. Manage the full client lifecycle from site measurement to final sign-off while maintaining product displays and following retail SOPs.
