In this salaried, full-time role, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales territory, cultivating strong relationships with aesthetic practices and key decision makers, and guiding customers through complex capital purchase decisions. You will serve as a consultative partner to physicians, practice owners, and clinical staff, educating them on the clinical, operational, and financial value of our aesthetic solutions while executing a focused territory plan to achieve and exceed revenue goals. What You'll Do Own and grow capital equipment sales for aesthetic products within the Little Rock territory, consistently achieving or exceeding assigned sales quotas. Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan, including account targeting, pipeline development, forecasting, and strategic coverage of key accounts. Identify, prospect, and convert new aesthetic accounts while expanding adoption and utilization within existing customer sites. Conduct effective in-person and virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of aesthetic practices and providers. Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, practice managers, owners, and clinical staff, serving as a trusted consultant on aesthetic capital investments. Lead the full sales cycle for capital deals, including needs assessment, solution presentation, proposal development, pricing and terms negotiation, and deal closure. Partner closely with clinical, marketing, and service teams to support product evaluations, site visits, installations, and post-sale follow-up. Maintain deep knowledge of the aesthetic market, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to position our capital equipment effectively. Accurately manage and report on pipeline, activities, and forecasts using CRM and other sales tools, ensuring timely and complete documentation. Represent the company at local and regional trade shows, workshops, and customer events to generate leads and strengthen brand presence. Provide ongoing customer education on product capabilities, workflow integration, and best practices to support long-term adoption and satisfaction. Continuously refine selling strategies and tactics through data analysis, customer feedback, and collaboration with the broader US Sales team. Qualifications Proven experience in capital equipment sales, preferably within the aesthetics, medical device, or related healthcare industry. Strong understanding of the aesthetics market and the needs of aesthetic practices, including physicians, practice owners, and clinical staff. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a complex, consultative selling environment. Experience managing a full sales cycle for high-value capital deals, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clinical and business decision makers. Strong strategic and analytical skills, including territory planning, pipeline management, and accurate sales forecasting. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in the field and manage time and priorities effectively. Comfort with frequent in-person customer interactions, travel within the Little Rock territory, and occasional regional or national travel as needed. Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard business productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace). Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in aesthetics or medical capital equipment sales will be considered. Valid driver’s license and a driving record in good standing.
