• Implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and existing customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, conducting property viewings, and guiding customers through the purchasing process.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and generate regular reports for management review.
• Monitor the application and renewal of developer’s license and advertisement permit and ensure they are obtained speedily.
