To support our growth, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Finance and Accounting Manager to join our team and help shape our financial direction. Job Description We are seeking talented individuals to join our Team. We are passionate about enabling our People to reach new heights and grow within our company. We are looking for Sales Executives that have an entrepreneurial mind and who want to be leaders in our industry. The Sales Executive will work closely with our Managing Director in order to grow our footprint in Canada and see that our quality of service exceeds our customers expectations. Key accountabilities: • Meeting pre-established sales objectives. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers. • Actively and consistently promote all products and services of the company. • Regularly inquire customer satisfaction and report any dissatisfaction or issue. • Create and develop a Sales Pipeline with Leads, Sales Calls, Follow Up and Close. • Canvass the market to develop new customer relationships and explore new business segments. • Establish relationships with decision makers and secure opportunities. • Schedule fifteen (15) weekly in person meetings with decision makers to secure cargo. • Weekly reporting to track progress. Qualifications Minimum 1-3 years industry experience. Book of Business an asset. • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (i.e... Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and technical ease. • Well-organized and self-motivated. • Detail oriented while handling multiple tasks. • Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong written and verbal communication capabilities. • Results oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset. • Bilingual (English and French).
