Role Description The Executive Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Qormi, Malta. The person in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing client accounts, and promote jmp&c’s chemical solutions and holistic service offerings within the hospitality sector. Daily tasks include scheduling and attending client meetings, preparing sales proposals and quotations, conducting product demonstrations, and following up on leads to close sales. The Executive Sales Representative will collaborate closely with technical and training teams to ensure that client needs are accurately understood and addressed. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, monitoring market trends, and providing feedback to management on client requirements and competitive activity.

  • QualificationsStrong sales, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and familiarity with chemical or hygiene products and services, or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical information in clear, accessible terms.
  • Solid organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
  • Comfort working on-site with clients, conducting visits, and providing a professional and client-focused service.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety practices, including COSHH or equivalent regulations, is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with standard office and CRM software for managing contacts, opportunities, and sales reports.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel locally for client visits as required.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales or account management; experience in chemicals, hygiene, or hospitality sectors is highly beneficial.
  • Relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
