We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with clients.   • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and schedule appointments.
  • Perform sales administration tasks, including updating customer records and managing sales pipelines.
  • Present and promote our products/services to potential clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with industry regulations, including HIPAA when applicable.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies.

SKILLS

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
  • Proven experience in sales administration and telemarketing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with insurance sales or outside sales is an advantage.
