Responsibilities

• Carving out your own niche in the energy transition sector
• Generating new business through calculated development strategies
• Cultivating a productive professional network within the industry
• Develop and perfect selling high value retained solutions
• Supervising end-to-end recruitment processes, guaranteeing excellence at every stage

Requirements

• Proven track record in Executive Search or Recruitment, ideally within a retained environment
• Valuable contacts and experience in the Clean Tech or Decarbonisation Markets, or investment within these sectors
• Innate ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and maturity
• Commitment to ethical practices and high standard recruitment methods
