Executive Search Researcher Marks Sattin | London Marks Sattin's Executive Search team is looking for a driven and detail focused Researcher to join a high performing team operating at the senior end of the market. The Role As part of the Executive Search Research team, you will support the delivery of senior level assignments and play a key role throughout the search process. This is a fast paced and varied role that requires strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. Your responsibilities will include supporting the end to end search process, conducting market mapping and headhunting, engaging and assessing senior level candidates, and building a strong understanding of key markets and client landscapes. You will also manage candidate and client interactions, coordinate interviews, prepare pitch documents and research insights, and support the wider team with coordination and administrative tasks. About You We’re looking for someone who thrives in a high expectation environment and takes pride in delivering work to a consistently high standard. You will be graduate calibre or have experience working in a fast paced, professional environment. You’ll have strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail, along with a proactive approach and a genuine interest in the business world.
