Platform Executive – Paid Media & Performance Supports the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok for large, always-on, performance-driven. This role requires strong execution discipline, comfort with high-budget environments, and the ability to operate accurately at speed across multiple campaigns, products, and objectives. Key Responsibilities Execute and optimize campaigns across: Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Google Ads (Search required; Display & YouTube exposure) TikTok Ads Support high-volume campaign builds across multiple product lines and objectives (e.g. launches, always-on, promotions) Manage daily operations including: Budget pacing across multiple campaigns and line items Bid adjustments and basic optimization under guidance QA checks to ensure accuracy before launches and changes Monitor performance against key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and flag anomalies early Support keyword management for Search campaigns (keywords, negatives, basic bid logic) Assist in executing platform best practices for large brands (naming conventions, structure, governance) Work closely with strategy, performance, and analytics teams to ensure smooth delivery Exposure to always-on campaigns with frequent changes and optimizations Ability to follow strict governance, tracking, and QA standards Support campaigns tied to e-commerce, app, and retail moments Key Capabilities & Skills Working knowledge of: Meta Ads Manager Google Ads (Search fundamentals required) TikTok Ads Manager Basic understanding of: Full-funnel performance metrics Social and Search optimization principles Strong attention to detail in high-budget, high-risk environments Comfortable working with numbers, dashboards, and spreadsheets Able to work calmly under pressure and tight timelines Basic Requirements 1–3 years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or platform operations Hands-on experience supporting campaigns on: Meta Google Ads (Search) TikTok Experience supporting large or complex advertiser accounts is a plus Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets About WPP Media WPP Media is WPP’s global media collective, bringing together world-class media agencies, talent, and capabilities.
