Description:

Put your mastery of administrative duties to good use as an Executive Assistant to a management team. The position is available through Robert Half. You will have the opportunity to put your talents to the test in a challenging and friendly environment. This Executive Assistant opportunity is located in the Albany, New York area and is a long-term contract / temporary employment role.

Major responsibilities

  • Educate and run other support staff and customer relations
  • Organizing presentations
  • Assemble reports and financial data
  • Screen calls
  • Plan travel and meeting arrangements
  • Proven ability to use the internet for research
  • Strong familiarity with Medical Coverage
  • Good understanding of Distribute Faxes
  • Hands-on experience with Request For Quotation
  • Previous experience working with evidence
  • Expertise in Review
  • Practical knowledge of C-Suite
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Materials Handling
  • Well-founded grasp of procurement
  • Skills in Photocopy
  • Experience with Queues
  • General familiarity with Consumer Electronics
  • Foundational knowledge in scanning
  • Prior experience with Phone Coverage
  • Comprehension of indexing
  • Quality experience with Queries
  • Claim Administration experience
  • Earlier work involving Paper
  • Wide ranging experience with Printing
  • Proven knowledge of Clerical Duties
  • Elevated social skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
