Job Description Manage and coordinate the daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements of the executive team. Prepare and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents. Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications directed to the executive office. Maintain comprehensive and organized filing systems for confidential records and documents. Coordinate logistics for business travel, conferences, and hotel events. Assist in the preparation and monitoring of departmental budgets, expense reports, and procurement requests. Support the planning and execution of hotel events, executive meetings, and VIP guest arrangements. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in all interactions. Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar role Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong sense of confidentiality, trustworthiness, and attention to detail Exceptional time management, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities Adaptability and proactive approach in a fast-paced environment Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills
