Goldmine Franchising is an independent franchise development company dedicated to helping entrepreneurs launch and grow successful businesses. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Secretary to provide direct support to our executive leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and documents with discretion.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and track follow-ups.
  • Assist with internal and external communications.
  • Support special projects and initiatives across the organization.
  • Act as a liaison between executives, staff, and outside partners.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, executive secretary, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
