Responsibilities
  1. Provides administrative and clerical support to Divisions or individuals.
  2. Schedules internal meetings as well as the other party involve in the meeting and arrange conference room.
  3. Prepares agenda for meetings/ taking of meeting minutes for Bi-monthly Management meeting (Central and Regional)
    i. Send reminder to the attendees of the meeting.
    ii. Follow-up updates of the report/projects
  4. Coordinates with the Regional and Central personnel’s in charge with regards to the materials needed for the meeting.
  5. Prepares edit report from the Mancom for Regional & Central Meetings.
  6. Schedules meetings and appointments for the executives (CEO and President) are assigned to work with.
  7. Alert Division Heads or the CEO and President about cancellations or new meetings.
  8. Manage travel and schedule.
  9. Coordinate travel arrangements: vehicle request of CEO and President , prepares itineraries, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records.
  10. Prepares formats information for internal & external distribution; including writing letters, memos and email.
  11. Prepares correspondence and stuff mail in envelopes.
  12. Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked-up.
  13. Prepares bank transactions and other bills payment of CEO and President
  14. Greet and receive visitor.
  15. Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
  16. Coordinates office management activities.
  17. Determines matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
  18. Maintains office procedures.
  19. Works in professional environment.
  20. Works on an abrupt need of the CEO/ COO.
  21. Operates office equipment such as photocopy machine, scanner and electric typewriter.
  22. Relays directives, instructions and assignment to executives.
  23. Receives and relay telephone messages.
  24. Maintains hard copy and electronic filing system.
  25. Signs for UPS/Fed Ex/ Airborne packages.
  26. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
