Job Purpose Provide administrative support to Chief Digital Officer (CDO)  in variety of secretarial and administrative tasks that includes maintaining and coordinating the CDO’s schedules with internal and external stakeholders, managing correspondence and documentation, as well as assisting high level or operations related projects in contributing to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried on timely and efficiently. Responsibilities * Support the planning and execution of the CDO Office’s annual plans and budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation aligned with organizational goals. * Act as the key liaison on behalf of the CDO, managing communications with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and information flow. * Manage and prioritize the CDO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating local and international engagements. * Oversee end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and ground transportation to ensure seamless business travel. * Prepare, review, and manage high-quality correspondence such as emails, reports, memos, and official documents for the CDO’s review and approval. * Proactively manage competing priorities and deadlines, including handling sensitive documents (e.g., management papers, board papers, tenders, approvals) to ensure timely execution. * Maintain an organized filing system and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficient documentation and operational consistency. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field with at least 5 years of experience supporting senior leadership (C-suite exposure is an advantage). * Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and complex schedules with strong attention to detail. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
The role involves providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Digital Officer, including calendar management and stakeholder coordination. Additionally, the incumbent will assist with budget planning, travel arrangements, and the preparation of high-level documentation.
