JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly professional Lady Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant to provide direct support to the Chairman. The ideal candidate will be Arabic-speaking (native), polished, organized, and proactive, with experience working in VVIP environments. She must be confident in handling sensitive matters with discretion, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service at all times.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role supporting senior executives or VIPs
  • Arabic language native (Syrian or Lebanese nationality preferred)
  • Strong command of English (spoken & written)
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Well-groomed, elegant, and highly presentable in professional settings
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Strong discretion, confidentiality, and ability to work under pressure
  • UAE work experience is mandatory
  • Willingness to work flexible hours if required
Responsibilities
  • Manage the Chairman’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Organize and coordinate official events, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
  • Handle confidential correspondence, calls, and documentation with utmost discretion
  • Liaise professionally with internal teams, external stakeholders, and VIP guests
  • Prepare and format reports, translations, presentations, and executive documents
  • Provide support in protocol matters for high-level meetings and events
  • Assist with personal and ad-hoc tasks as required by the Chairman
