JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Secretary to provide administrative, client, and managerial support within the property development sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling executive-level correspondence, managing documentation, coordinating schedules, and assisting in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent client service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 5 - 10 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, preferably in the property development industry. (Required)

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and real estate documentation processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
