Job Description Manages the General Manager’s diary to co-ordinate meetings/appointments, and to ensure smooth running of such meetings Maintains executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, events etc. Coordinates and communicates with various departments and all levels of staff on matters directed by the General Manager Handles and prioritizes all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) Co-ordinates travel arrangements in a highly efficient manner and prepares detailed travel file accordingly Maintains systematic up-to-date filing and tracing systems Maintains and updates Executive Committee and Department Heads’ leave record Maintains confidentiality of sensitive matters/issues Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in an international brand. Remote area work experience is preferred. Professional, composed and resilient; with excellent communication, organization and administration skills. Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English as well as computer programs. Well-organized, discreet, trustworthy and is able to handle business information with complete confidentiality. Ability to handle all secretarial duties at the Executive Office and multitask as assigned by the Management. Work experience with hotel software (Opera Cloud, SunFish, MICROS, etc) will be preferred. Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
