Description

We are looking to hire a proactive, highly organized, and discreet Executive Secretary to the CEO (preferably male) to provide high-level administrative and executive support. The ideal candidate must be experienced in handling a wide range of executive-level tasks, maintaining confidentiality, and acting as a key point of contact both internally and externally.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Executive Assistant, preferably in the contracting or construction industry.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Male candidates are preferred due to job-related travel or working arrangements.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per mont

  • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Screen incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and handle them appropriately.
  • Draft and review business communications, letters, and reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain a well-organized filing system.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and business documents.
  • Monitor deadlines, prioritize tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day executive operations.
