Description

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Female Secretary to provide executive support to the Chairman. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling confidential matters with discretion. A legal background (LLB) will be considered a strong advantage.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Secretary/Executive Assistant, preferably at senior management or C-level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document drafting.
  • LLB qualification is an advantage.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Chairman.
  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and official communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including board-level engagements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the Chairman’s office.
