Multi functional Admin and secretary professional is required for a UAE company based in Dubai .Should be a graduate preferably in media or communication or in computer science . The candidate will be also managing the reception , admin work and be assistant to the Director. The candidate should be open for multitasking and be fine to manage the reception and other admin job and visiting schools for career fair.
Executive Support:
Manage the executive’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Handle confidential information with professionalism.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for the executive.
Meeting Coordination:
Organize and prepare materials for meetings and events.
Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings.
Take meeting notes and follow up on action items.
Event Organization:
Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and business events.
Handle logistics such as venue booking, catering, and guest invitations.
Document Management:
Organize executive files and documents.
Administrative Support:
Oversee office operations, manage supplies, and maintain a professional environment.
Assist with staff coordination, onboarding, and communication management.
Support compliance, policies, and financial administration.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree
Driving License: Valid driving license is a plus.
Skills:
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Professional discretion and problem-solving abilities.
Philippines nationality is preferred
