In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified and candidates to fill the following position at FGV Agri Services Sdn Bhd Job Description JOB PURPOSE To assist manager to coordinate, implement and monitor the production of oil palm germinated seed to supply the high-quality planting material to internal FGV customers, Felda and external customers. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES To coordinate, implement, and monitor the operations and production of oil palm germinated seeds in accordance with the company’s targets and requirements. To be responsible for ensuring all production processes comply with the MS 157:2017 standard and other relevant regulatory requirements. To coordinate and verify that the supply and delivery of germinated seeds to customers conform to the industry’s quality specifications. To act as a HSE committee member at the unit level and be responsible for monitoring the implementation of occupational safety, health, and environmental programs within the seed laboratory. To be the Management Representative for ISO 9001:2015 and ensure full implementation and maintenance of its requirements within the unit. To design, plan, and monitor the execution of continual improvement initiatives throughout the seed production pipeline to enhance efficiency and quality. To plan, organize, and facilitate training opportunities for subordinate staff, and to evaluate their performance to strengthen competency and technical skills. QUALIFICATIONS AND WORKING EXPERIENCE Bachelor degree/diploma in agricultural science, biological science or related field. CGPA > 3.5 3 years working experience in related field (optional). Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor the production of high-quality oil palm germinated seeds to supply internal and external customers. Ensure all processes comply with MS 157:2017 and ISO 9001:2015 standards while managing HSE programs and staff competency.
