This role is to process and review all medical/ health claims within specified authority limit and ensure that payments are made within the turnaround time (TAT)   Key Responsibilities To assess and process all health/ medical claim for reimbursement in line with policy guidelines within authority limit Responsible for the day-to-day operations for guarantee facilities (hospital admission and discharge) To be responsible for claim settlement and ensure payments are process within the agreed turnaround time and service standard To support Helpline team with enquiries pertaining to medical reimbursement To response to customer’s enquiries on claim reimbursement matters in a timely manner Assume the responsibilities of other team members as and when requires Participate in project initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity of the department   Key Requirements Diploma/ Degree in any medical or health science related field of study Fresh graduate or Candidate with 2 - 3 years’ working experience in healthcare related industry; knowledge in medical/ health claims Possess good communication skill and good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia Meticulous and attention to details Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Result-oriented with sense of urgency towards True Customer Centricity Demonstrates ability to work as a team to deliver Allianz’s enhanced customer experience journey Applicants must be willing to work in KL Sentral   We at Allianz believe in a diverse and inclusive workforce and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
