[What the role is] Plaque of Commendation (Gold) – NTUC May Day Awards 2026 Most Positive Workplace Collaboration Award – Singapore International Chamber of Commerce (SICC) Awards 2025 The Straits Times Singapore’s Best Employers for 2024, 2025 & 2026 The appointee will play an active role in supporting SP’s outreach and engagement strategies under the Department of Communications. He/she will work closely with internal schools and departments, as well as external partners such as secondary schools, educators and other stakeholders, to plan and deliver outreach activities that strengthen awareness of SP’s programmes and enhance engagement with prospective students and their influencers. [What you will be working on] Manage and strengthen partnerships with secondary schools through education and career guidance activities, including school roadshows, talks and learning journeys. Support key outreach events and engagement platforms involving prospective students, parents and educators, including First Steps and Open House. Plan, coordinate and support SP’s academic schools to support and facilitate their outreach programmes and stakeholder engagement activities. Plan, coordinate and support international student outreach and recruitment initiatives aimed at increasing international student enrolment. Manage the recruitment, training and deployment of SP student ambassadors to support outreach activities effectively. [What we are looking for] Relevant qualification in communications, marketing, education, business or a related discipline. Excellent command of spoken and written English, with good interpersonal and communication / stakeholder engagement skills to engage students, parents, educators and internal stakeholders professionally. Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple outreach activities, events and stakeholders. A collaborative team player who is comfortable working with academic schools, departments and external partners. Prior experience in outreach, events, student engagement, education marketing or stakeholder management would be an advantage. Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
