QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Attention to details and ability to meet deadlines
• A team player with self-motivation
• On the job training will be provided

We are looking for a junior to senior executive to support Payable functions in the Finance Department. You will attend to the following tasks:

• Process suppliers’ invoices and staff reimbursement claims.
• Assist in month-end accruals
• Preparation of Payable Balance Sheet Schedules
• Creditors Statement Reconciliation
