Strategic Marketing Leadership
· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance CCAMT’s brand presence and market position
· Lead strategic marketing initiatives aligned with institutional goals and objectives
· Oversee brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications
· Manage marketing budget and analyze ROI on marketing investments
Social Media Strategy & Management
· Develop and implement strategic social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, WeChat, XiaoHongShu and emerging platforms
· Create engaging content calendars that align with marketing objectives and brand messaging
· Monitor social media analytics and optimize content strategy based on performance insights
· Manage social media crisis communications and maintain positive brand reputation
Content Creation & Brand Management
· Lead the creation of high-quality marketing collaterals including brochures, videos, infographics, and digital assets
· Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain professional standards
· Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for specialized marketing projects
· Oversee video content production from concept to completion
· Capture original visual content through photography and videography at college events, classes, and activities to build comprehensive marketing content library
Analytics & Performance Management
· Track and analyze marketing KPIs and social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
· Prepare comprehensive performance reports for senior management and COO
· Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions
· Implement data-driven optimizations to improve marketing performance
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
· Provide strategic marketing support to academic and administrative departments
· Lead cross-functional marketing projects and initiatives
· Develop marketing templates and protocols for college-wide use
· Mentor junior marketing staff and coordinate team development activities
