As an Executive in the Service Excellence Department, you will play a key role in providing frontline counter services to court users at the Singapore Courts’ service hubs. This includes understanding the needs of court users, providing accurate information on court processes, and applying the right service techniques that are in line with the Judiciary’s service vision.
