Role Overview The Shift Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end floor operations at the Distribution Center (DC) during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth execution across inbound receiving, inventory handling, picking, packing, staging, and dispatch operations. The role focuses on maintaining operational efficiency, service levels, productivity, and compliance while ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced distribution environment. Key Responsibilities * Manage daily shift operations across inbound, inventory, picking, packing, staging, and dispatch activities. * Monitor operational performance and ensure achievement of productivity, quality, and SLA targets. * Coordinate manpower allocation and workforce deployment based on operational requirements and order volumes. * Oversee receiving, quality checks, storage compliance, and inventory handling processes. * Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while minimizing dispatch delays and operational bottlenecks. * Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movements, shrinkage, wastage, and cycle count activities. * Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, quality, and operational SOPs. * Lead floor associates and operational staff, ensuring productivity, discipline, and adherence to processes. * Prepare shift reports, track operational KPIs, and escalate critical issues in a timely manner. * Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless execution. Requirements * Graduate in any discipline; degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations preferred. * 2–6 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment center, distribution center, or logistics operations. * Prior experience in a supervisory, shift management, or floor operations role preferred. * Strong understanding of inbound, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch, and warehouse operations. * Experience working with WMS/OMS systems and operational reporting tools. * Knowledge of inventory management, perishables handling, and operational compliance standards. * Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and operational reporting. * Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work in rotational shifts and manage high-volume operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
