Executive – Shipping & Logistics (Based at Silueta, Biyagama) Silueta (Pvt) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of MAS Holdings, specialises in no-sew bonding technology and advanced thermal moulding capabilities. Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the Silueta team as an Executive – Shipping & Logistics. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to ensure smooth, efficient functioning and improvement of SAP system and coordinate Indirect / Direct export operations and support operations to provide flexible value-added service to the customer. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible for the overall indirect exports and direct exports of the organization. * Responsible for the overall indirect exports and direct exports of the organization. * Responsible for the customer payment methods with legato. * Responsible for the moth end reports for the finance and management. * Responsible for the return export * SAP user in the department * Communicate with overseas customers for commercial related matters * Communicate with BOI / Customs and other local authorities for logistic related issues. * Communicate with other departments such as marketing, FG and Finance in order to prepare shipments. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Degree ore Professional qualification in Logistics or similar field * 2 -3 years’ experience in similar capacity * Basic knowledge of SAP * Knowledge of local legislation is an added bonus

Responsibilities

Manage overall direct and indirect export operations and coordinate with local authorities like BOI and Customs. Handle commercial communications with overseas customers and prepare month-end reports for finance and management.
