Description

Company : Sime Darby Auto Interior Sdn Bhd Plans, integrates and coordinate quality programs designed to ensure continuous improvements in product quality to enhance customer satisfaction. Organizes, coordinates, with internal and external customers to develop and implement new Quality processes, management systems and meeting customer expectations. Work closely with production team to ensure continuous improvements in process stability to reduce waste due to scrap, rework, or warranty claim. Drive for Corrective and Preventive cross-functional follow-up actions on major issues pertaining to product/parts/material quality, customer complaints, through cross-functional initiatives. Plan for calibration and GRR studies. Support for new model development process and review process control plan and FMEA. Ensure effective control of the non-conforming material. Ensure that the information related to the inspection reports are documented, collected, indexed, maintained and disposed accordingly. Attends inter and intra department meetings and teleconferences conferences, meeting discussions related to quality issues. Develop people with the required skill & knowledge to maximize performance.
