Role & Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day social media execution, including content planning and publishing • Create engaging captions and social media copy aligned with brand tone • Handle video editing for reels, posts, and campaigns using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc. • Provide basic design support for creatives and posts • Conduct campaign research and performance tracking/reporting • Coordinate on ORM (Online Reputation Management) activities • Ensure all content aligns with platform formats and brand guidelines Candidate Profile * Experience in social media handling / digital content roles * Strong skills in video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar tools) * Basic knowledge of design tools (Photoshop / Canva, etc.) * Familiarity with AI tools for content creation/editing * Good understanding of social media platforms and formats * Strong writing and captioning skills * Exposure to ORM (Online Reputation Management) preferred * Good presentation and communication skills * High attention to detail and ability to work within structured workflows
