Executive ‐ Sourcing (Based at, Biyagama) The Activewear Value Stream delivers high-performance sportswear and athleisure solutions designed for technical functionality, durability and everyday versatility— serving sports, lifestyle and performance segments. Key Responsibilities * Share raw material Purchase Orders raised by the procurement team with the suppliers to ensure goods are delivered to the plants on time. * Function to obtain timely Performa Invoice confirmations and maintain accuracy. * Obtain and analyze delivery charts from the allocated suppliers on a timely manner. * Collaborate with allocated suppliers one week prior to delivery date to ensure 100% DIFOT. * Collaborate with warehouse & plants for system GRN. * Obtain timely Raw material P2C and take necessary actions for the failures. * Analyze Raw material delays by allocated suppliers * Collaborate with suppliers for the raw materials delays and ensure still meet RM commitment to minimize final impact to production. * Collaborate with suppliers for on time deliveries based on RM requirement for production. Qualifications, Experience, Skill, and Competencies: * Degree/ Diploma in a Merchandising, Marketing, Management, Apparel or related field. * Qualifications in Merchandising/ Marketing is an added Advantageous * 4 - 5 years of relevant work experience which includes Merchandising Knowledge of Fabric, Embellishments, Styles. * Samples Sound knowledge of MS Office applications and the SAP System * Strong Analytical skills * Good Communication/ Interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

The role involves managing raw material purchase orders, ensuring timely supplier deliveries, and collaborating with plants to maintain production schedules. You will also analyze delivery delays and coordinate with stakeholders to minimize impacts on the manufacturing process.
