Summary
DHG Nashville LLC seeks an Executive Sous Chef in Nashville, TN to provide direction for all day-to-day culinary operations. Provides guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance. Supervises and coordinates activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation. Establishes goals including performance goals, budget goals, team goals, etc. Knows and implements the brand’s safety standards. Provides direction for menu development. Identifies the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills. Works closely with executive chef and help implement their standard to the whole staff.
Qualifications
