Greetings! Our restaurant client in Downtown Milwaukee is searching for an Executive Sous Chef and an Executive Chef for 2 properties in Downtown Milwaukee.
The Executive Sous Chef will prepare some of the best food in Milwaukee. In this role, you will assist in training, supervising, and actively maintaining our client’s high quality standards while the Chef position is based out of Milwaukee’s premier family and toursist dining destinations.
The ideal Executive Sous Chef will have some high volume and fine dining background.
The ideal Executive Chef will have strength with high volume, american cuisine, and be able to help the kitchen when the remodel comes!
Salary is $75k-$85k and this is an urgent need for our client to fill!
