Manage catering services for resident events, special occasions, and community functions. Prepare and ensure meals meet nutritional needs and regulatory standards. Assist with menu planning, meal preparation, and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients, resident preferences, and budget considerations. Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and healthcare regulations, including documentation and reporting. Collaborate with the dining team to ensure quality and customer service.
