Job Description You will be responsible for the supervision and management of all food preparation and kitchen organization to maximize guest satisfaction and department profits. You will develop and update departmental SOP manual, detailing standards of performance, policies and procedures and service standards pertinent to the efficient operation of the kitchen in accordance to Hotel’s policies, standards and municipal requirements. Qualifications Experience of working in a luxury and upscale segment is an advantage. Experience to farm to table concept is a huge advantage. Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and inspire teams.
