Responsibilities
  • Being accountable for the Kitchen operation including production, cleanliness and safe systems of work in the absence of our Executive Chef
  • Managing our large team of chefs to ensure IHG standards are being met and training is up to date
  • Assisting our Executive Chef to leading our team through the transition to IHG, keeping up to date with both local and national food trends and allergen updates
  • Supporting to create and developing dishes on our menu to celebrate local cuisine and keep up to date with food trends
  • Develop and support our Chef team, training and upskilling our Chefs to ensure everyone is able to provide excellent culinary experiences for our guests
