If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us… Job Overview: The Disaster Recovery Executive for planning, coordination, and implementation of Disaster Recovery (DR) testing. This role also serves as a liaison between various technical teams in the planning and execution of the Disaster Recovery exercise and supporting business continuity, while also ensuring compliance aligned with the various regulatory requirements and other related processes. This role reports to the Disaster Recovery team lead. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Periodic review and enhancement of the DR Plan to meet changing business requirements and ensure their adequacy and regulatory compliance. Planning and Executing Disaster Recovery exercise. Co-coordinating and managing IT Disaster Recovery. Identify weaknesses in the Disaster Recovery process and provide recommendations for improvement. Participating in activities related to business continuity management i.e. supporting BCP, Call Tree exercises, or other exercises initiated by regulatory bodies. Ensure and align with compliance to the respective regulatory compliance and IT standards operating procedures. Accuracy and timely submission for Post Test report, Management Reporting and others for the relevant Committees updates and endorsed. Prepare and execute RCSA and other related compliance and IT Risk subject matters Jobholder Requirements: Education/Qualification Malaysian citizen Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related field. Experience 2-3 years of working experience in DR / BCP-related functions Preferred experience in a financial institution Special Skills Service Desk Analyst Business Continuity Management ( BCP and DRP) IT DR Operation Possess certification in Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery is an added advantage What’s next?
