Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments, from sourcing and screening to final offer negotiation and candidate database management. Onboarding & Induction: Execute the new-hire journey by coordinating logistics (IT/Equipment), conducting cultural inductions, and ensuring 100% documentation compliance. Employee Engagement: Plan and lead company events and team-building activities, including vendor management, internal communications, and participation tracking. Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, manage daily queries, and assist in implementing disciplinary actions or performance improvement plans. Exit Management: Oversee the formal offboarding process and maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records in the master database. Administration: Manage vendor relationships, ensure timely payments and invoice tracking, and maintain office inventory/stationary stock. Ad-hoc Projects: Execute additional tasks and special projects as assigned by the management to support evolving business needs Bachelor’s / PG in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee engagement roles Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and management Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different HR functions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and employees at all levels Ability to work independently on event planning and administrative tasks A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving the overall employee journey Why Join Us?
