Role Overview Works with Client Manager(s) to service existing and new clients Client portfolio management and general insurance advisory services Identify risk and insurance needs and delivery of solutions for medium accounts. Involve in strategy meetings relating to insurance renewals, client retention, tenders Drafting of insurance specifications, negotiation of quotations and completion of placements for medium accounts Credit Control for outstanding premiums from clients Skills and experience that will lead to success Diploma/Degree in insurance or equivalent Strong service orientation and good interpersonal skills A team-player who is willing to share and learn with the team members Responsible, and with positive attitude and initiative Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications Active Broker & Property License or willingness to obtain one upon hire How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
