The Role As a member of Statewide Allied Health, demonstrating a high degree of initiative and confidentiality, and being the primary point of contact for the Unit, the Executive Support Officer will: * Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Executive Director - Allied Health, coordinating and monitoring action items and reporting requirements to ensure deadlines are met. * Undertake a broad variety of tasks including coordinating and preparing highly confidential, complex documentation, undertaking research for briefings and background notes, minute taking, preparation of correspondence, organisation and scheduling of meetings and travel, and participation in project work as required. * Develop and maintain systems and protocols to ensure efficient information management and flow of information to and from the office of the Executive Director - Allied Health. Details of Appointment Fixed term full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from as soon as possible until for a twelve month period.
