About the role The Executive Support Officer will be working in the Assessment Division, providing a range of executive support and administrative services to facilitate the delivery of business operations and to support the Executive Director/s achievement of organisational objectives. On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for: Providing a range of secretariat and administrative services across the Assessment Division Assessing and prioritising requests to facilitate the optimal use of the executive’s time Managing the Executive Director/s diary appointments, records and correspondence, coordinate travel arrangements, and schedule and support meetings to facilitate the effective management of their agenda Gathering, collating and providing background information for the executive Maintaining and updating administrative practices To be successful you will need: Experience managing competing priorities and executing in the agreed timeframe Demonstrated experience providing high level of support while juggling heavy workload and short deadlines without compromising quality of work Knowledge and experience maintaining confidentiality and discretion We invite you to download the role description for additional information on the position.
