We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Support Officer - Property to provide high-level executive support to the Chief Property Officer (CPO) and play a pivotal role in driving the success of strategic initiatives across our Property division.
This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, offering a rare blend of project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and executive support.

Responsibilities

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Provide direct executive support to the CPO including diary, travel, communications, and meeting management
  • Drive the execution of priority initiatives and coordinate cross-business activities
  • Lead or support forums, working groups, and key projects across Property
  • Prepare high-quality briefing papers, reports, and executive-level correspondence
  • Support governance, reporting, and compliance processes
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders including the CEO, ELT, consultants, and delivery partners
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency within the Property team

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Property experience desirable)Minimum 5 years
  • ' experience in executive support, business operations, or project management
  • Proven experience supporting a senior executive (CPO, COO, or equivalent)
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level documents including experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Certification in Project Management advantageous
  • Exposure to governance, risk management, or strategic planning frameworks
