Key Responsibilities Provide daily administrative support to executive leadership. Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting materials, and presentations. Assist with project coordination, tracking deadlines, and supporting departmental initiatives. Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Gather information from team members and summarize progress for leadership. Support data entry, basic research, and preparation of executive summaries. Perform general administrative duties to enhance department workflows and productivity. Help manage task lists and ensure deadlines are not overlooked. Other duties as assigned.
