Do you have a personality that is ready to work as an assistant to the management of the Banking Services business unit with full enthusiasm, great professionalism and a lot of fun? Do you enjoy managing diaries and inboxes as well as arranging domestic and international travel? If so, then become part of the Business Management Team in the Business Unit Banking Services. Banking Services operates, develops and digitizes business and private payment transactions, infrastructures and services related to ATM and cash solutions, card-based and mobile transactions, Open Banking and interbank payment services.
Business Management is a diverse, cross-border team responsible for invoicing, contracting, communications and management consulting services across Banking Services. We are looking for a motivated and competent Executive Support to join our team on a materinity leave replacement contract.

Responsibilities
  • coordinating meetings, organising business trips as well as invoice and expense control
  • processing correspondence in English and German
  • preparing, following-up and taking minutes for business appointments, meetings and committees
  • organising offsites, events and workshops
  • professional administrative support for the management of the Banking Services business unit
  • administrative tasks of the Business Management, such as access management and SharePoint maintenance
